I am working in Delhivery Pvt Ltd As warehouse Assistant Manager since 2015
I am handling to all warehouse operation like Inbound / outbound/ return
Currently my reporting is Sr. Manager
JOB PROFIL:-
Knowledge of supply chain management and related fields.
Managing direct inbound & outbound of finished goods, logistic operations such as transportation, inventory control, warehouse activities, safety performance and logistics quality management In LG.
Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
To manage all Inbound,Outbound,RTV,RTO and RPC activity with different Penal(Lime road, Paytm, Naaptol, Hilti, Amazon And Grofers)
Knowledge of All Department Activity to all process start to and.
Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched.
Picking and packing products.
Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.
Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
Maintaining and servicing warehouse tool, machinery and reach trucks.
Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in.
Good Coordinate with support Team & staff
Making sure all tasks given to staff are done on time and to the required standard.
To manage all daily reports(Shift Wash,Inventory Report,All MIS)
Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
Manage a team of off-roll 100 and 10 Executive people.
Manage team performance and responsible for the overall development of the team.
A good team player.
Able to work shifts.
Manage to Warehouse P&L report in monthly basis
Created healthy and safe environment
Scheduled weekly labor according to budget and volume
Responsible for monitoring work flow and generated necessary changes to result in uninterrupted operations
To achieve target from channels
Ensure timely delivery of all orders
To manage all daily MIS reports of Limeroad, PayTM, Naaptol, Grofers, Safari.
Now currently i have handle of Safari warehouse in which working on End To End operation.
